By using HostVerse services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all our hosting products including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Master Reseller Hosting.
This agreement is between you (the customer) and HostVerse (the service provider). By purchasing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service along with our Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. This agreement becomes effective upon service activation and continues until terminated by either party according to the terms outlined herein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register for our services. If we discover false or misleading information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
All services must be paid in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Payment is due on the invoice date. Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. We accept payments through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, PayTM, and bank transfers. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and are applicable only on initial purchases unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension and a reactivation fee may apply.
Services are typically activated within 24 hours of payment verification, though most accounts are set up immediately. For Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Master Reseller Hosting, you will receive login credentials via email once your account is provisioned. We reserve the right to verify customer information before activating services. Domain registration or transfer may take additional time depending on the registry requirements. Service delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
HostVerse strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and security patches are not included in uptime calculations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance. Uptime guarantee does not apply to outages caused by factors beyond our control, including DDoS attacks, customer actions, third-party services, or force majeure events. In the event of extended unscheduled downtime exceeding our guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Customers can cancel services at any time through their account dashboard. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on annual hosting plans (Shared, Reseller, and Master Reseller Hosting). Monthly plans are non-refundable. Refunds exclude domain registrations, SSL certificates, and any third-party software or services. The money-back guarantee is available only once per customer. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of service periods. While we advertise unlimited storage and bandwidth on certain plans, all resources must be used in accordance with our Usage Policy. Excessive resource consumption that impacts server performance or other customers may result in upgrade requirements, suspension, or termination. CPU and memory usage must remain within acceptable limits. Accounts using more than 25% of server resources may be required to upgrade to a higher plan or dedicated server. We reserve the right to monitor resource usage and take appropriate action to maintain server stability and fair usage for all customers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails, hosting or distributing malware, engaging in illegal activities, hosting pirated content or nulled scripts, adult content, proxy scripts, file storage services, cryptocurrency mining, Tor exit nodes, DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, mass mailing scripts, phishing sites, and any activity that violates Indian law or international regulations. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating prohibited activities.
You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account including websites, emails, databases, and files. HostVerse does not monitor customer content but reserves the right to review content if abuse is reported or suspected. You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on intellectual property rights of others. You agree to indemnify and hold HostVerse harmless from any claims arising from your content or use of services. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive valid legal complaints.
While HostVerse performs regular server backups for disaster recovery purposes, these backups are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as your sole backup solution. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data, files, databases, and content. HostVerse is not liable for any data loss. Backup restoration requests are handled on a best-effort basis and may incur additional fees depending on the complexity and resources required. We strongly recommend implementing your own backup strategy using third-party tools or services.
Your account may be suspended for the following reasons: non-payment of invoices, violation of Terms of Service or Usage Policy, excessive resource usage, malware or security threats, spam complaints, DMCA notices, or legal requirements. We will attempt to notify you before suspension when possible, but reserve the right to suspend immediately in critical situations. Suspended accounts remain accessible in a limited capacity. To reactivate, you must resolve the issue that caused suspension and may need to pay a reactivation fee. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be permanently terminated and data deleted.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Customer-initiated cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless a refund is requested within the money-back guarantee period. HostVerse may terminate services immediately for material breach of these terms, illegal activities, repeated violations, or extended non-payment. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all services and remove any HostVerse branding or references. We will provide reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data, but are not obligated to retain data after termination. Terminated accounts are not eligible for reactivation and all data will be permanently deleted after 7 days.
HostVerse provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the three months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party services, software, or content. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
HostVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or account notifications. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We may also modify service features, pricing, and offerings with reasonable notice. Price changes for existing customers will not take effect until their next renewal period. If you do not agree with modified terms, you may cancel your services according to our cancellation policy.
HostVerse provides 24x7 customer support through our ticketing system, email, and live chat. Support is provided for hosting-related issues, server configuration, and service questions. We do not provide support for third-party applications, custom coding, or website content creation. Support response times vary based on priority levels. Critical server issues receive highest priority. General inquiries are typically answered within 24 hours. Phone support is available at +917378221667 during business hours. We strive to provide helpful and professional support but cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of HostVerse services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms of Service are governed by Indian law. Both parties agree to waive trial by jury in any legal proceeding. For billing disputes, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge in question. We will investigate all legitimate disputes promptly and fairly.
